1. Acceptance of Terms

a9jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, and residential address. Verification documents may include but are not limited to: government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO A9JL DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. We may impose a reasonable processing period before finalizing account closure.

10.2 Termination by a9jl

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other agreement with a9jl
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification
• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8
• Failure to meet age or residency requirements
• Evidence of problem gambling or requests for self-exclusion
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We will process withdrawal of your legitimate account balance in accordance with our standard procedures, provided that you have complied with all applicable terms and there are no outstanding disputes. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending resolution of any violations or disputes.

11.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Amendments to Terms

a9jl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice such as email notification or a prominent notice on our homepage.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
